Amélie Nothomb.

Je me suis adonnée à l'oeuvre d'Amélie pour la première fois lorsque j'avais environ 15 ans.
Mon copain de l'époque devait ausculter de fond en comble ''Mercure'' pour une éventuelle dissertation avec le collège.
Captivée par les quelques lignes qu'il m'avait lu, je m'étais mise à manquer mes cours pour me joindre aux siens, qui s'avéraient être certainement plus productifs.
La brutalité de sa candeur & la véhémence de ses personnages me séduisirent. Elle cède a la propension de s'accaparer l'esprit tordu d'une sempiternelle multitude d'entités avec crédibilité à tous les coups. Je dépouillais ses bouquins avec promptitude, engloutissais son oeuvre jusqu'à la lie. C'est en fait jusqu'à cette époque que remonte mes première lignes.. mes premières ébauches.. débauches cérébrales.. effeuillage viscérale.. J'éjaculais mes idées par écrit quotidiennement.. J'éprouvais l'incoercible..
J'avais enfin trouvé mon exutoire de prédilection.

Enfin, il y a quelques semaine, j'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer miss Nothomb à Genève.
Exaltante rencontre que j'ai ponctué en lui laissant mes coordonnées.
Depuis, nous correspondons épistolairement.


I indulged to Amelie's work for the first time when I was maybe 15 years old.
The person I was dating in that time had to auscultate ''Mercure'' for a dissertation in college.
Completly captivated by the lines he read me one night, I decided that my dull class would grind to a halt for now, and joinded him in his litterature class. Amelie seduced me with the brutality of her candor & the vehemence of her characters. She have the ability to hijack the twisted mind of an impoderable diversity of protagonists. I was dissecting her books with promptness, devoring her work until I had reach the dregs. Then, I started to write my first lines.. my first drafts.. cerebral debaucheries.. visceral peep-shows.. I was ejaculating my everyday over-dose of thoughts. I was living the delight of irrepressibleness. I had finally found my pure-fect exutory.

Couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to meet miss Nothomb in Geneva.
Exquisite rendezvous that I ponctuated by giving to her my personal informations.
We corresponds with epistolary since.
